The Ministry of Construction requested Nghe An Provincial People's Committee to direct the relevant agencies to make a report on adjusted planning for construction of South east Nghe An economic zone (under Item 2, Article 37, Article 38 and Article 39 Construction Law in 2014) to submit to the Prime Minister for decision as a basis for approving the investment policy of the project of eco-tourism and entertainment tourism complex in Nghi Tien commune, Nghi Loc district.

The report content should be focused on reviewing and evaluating the implementation and shortcomings in the process of executing the general planning on construction of Southeastern Nghe An economic zone under Decision No. 1534 / QD-TTg dated 21/21 October 2008 by the Prime Minister; identifying the causes, scope, extent and adjustment content; socio-economic efficiency of adjustment; solutions to overcome problems arising from planning adjustment.
