Ministry of Construction has just issued Circular No.31/2016/TT-BXD on classification and recognization of apartment buildings. This circular comes into force from February 15th, in which clasified 3 types of apartment building by 4 groups of criteria.
New regulations on classification and recognization of apartment buildings comes into force from 15th February, 2017.
Based on 4 criteria groups, apartment buildings will be classified into 3 groups: A, B, C. Classification and recognization of apartment buildings will be carried out for each apartment building and should ensure the requirement such as being built in accordance with the detailed planning approved by competent authorities, in accordance with issued construction permits (if required by construction laws)
Reprentative of Housing and Real Estate Market Management Agency (Ministry of Construction) noted that, Pursuant to Circular 31, Classifying apartment buildings is a must as stated in House Law in 2014. Investor must follow whether it is their will or not,
